Franchise Spotlight on Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids

Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids will be expanding its operations during Q1 in order to continue to meet its 2012 franchise expansion plans.   Q4 of 2011 exceeded projections by 696%, with total sales across the United States, Europe, and Canada, far ahead of schedule.  We attribute our strong growth to having a recession proof business and the offering of our Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids model at an incredible turn-key price ($89,995 and be open for business within 60-90 days).  Our current stores have not experienced any slow down in business due to the economy, and again we attribute that to our recession proof business as ”Kids are Kids” around the world.  Single/Multi-Unit purchases and Master Development are still the hot topics of conversation amongst our inquiries for Q4/2011 and early 2012, as people are interested in opening 1-6 Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids or purchasing the rights to a territory/state/country/region and control their own market.

“We are experiencing for the first time in our history potential franchisees looking to secure locations and markets before they are taken by other franchisees”.

With so many people looking for self employment, people are looking for “proven systems” more than ever.  Hence the first place they turn to is franchising and Sharkey’s offers them a very low entry level fee and a recession proof business, and a model that is priced “significantly lower” than our competition.  We are the only kids hair franchise offering multiple sources of revenue in our salons and reaching kids ages 0-14.  Plus moms and dads!

Our multiple sources of revenue and wide age range of kids will typically take between 76%-92% of kids from any other local kids salon within a 3 mile radius of Sharkey’s.
